✓ Earthly construction materials (primarily clay, straw, stone and sand) for the building of living quarters and greenhouses*

✓ Accelerating the ecological regeneration of any degraded soil and restoring the land (erosion prevention and support of biodiversity)

$10,000 - Complimentary participation in our retreats from 2023-2024. Potential retreat topics: permaculture, shamanism, wildcrafting, ecoforestry.
$30,000 - Timeshare: two weeks per year in one of our cob houses, tiny houses or tree houses.
$3,000 - Get a signed painting from one of our artist members. Themes: the unknown, cosmic landscapes, extraterrestrial mysticism.
$2,000 - Front seat in our performance art events which will take place on our land, from 2023-2024.
$6,000 - Weekly organic vegetables produced from our gardens during the entire growing season for 3 years.
